At Ornaments Co., we aim to deliver your personalised jewellery safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.


Processing Times

Personalised / Custom Jewellery

Processing time varies for each personalised item based on materials, engraving, and demand.
The exact “Ready to Ship in X–Y Business Days” information is shown on each product page.

Non-Personalised Items

Processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

If your order includes multiple items, it will ship together once all items are ready.


Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

All orders are delivered within approximately 5–7 business days, regardless of destination.

Delivery time may vary slightly depending on customs clearance, seasonal demand, and local courier capacity in your region.


How We Ship

We partner with trusted international logistics providers.
All orders are dispatched from our global fulfilment facility, and final delivery is completed by the local postal service in your country.

Because we use a network of logistics partners, carriers may vary depending on your location and the routing available at the time of dispatch.

Important:

Tracking may show updates such as “Shipping from USA”, “Shipping from Australia”, “Shipping from UK”, or your local country once the parcel arrives at the local delivery network for final delivery.
 This is a normal part of the international shipping process.


Tracking Information

All orders include full tracking.
 Your tracking number will be emailed automatically once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping availability may vary based on logistics network capacity and operational conditions.


Customs & Delays

Some countries may require customs inspection.
Delays caused by customs, weather conditions, holidays, or local courier processing are outside our control.

Any import duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
Ornaments Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this period, your order may already be in production or processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
