At Ornaments Co., we stand behind the quality of our jewellery. Every piece is crafted with care to ensure long-lasting wear and customer satisfaction. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered and how to request support.


2-Year Warranty Coverage

All Ornaments Co. products are protected by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty materials
  • Defective clasps, chains, or components
  • Issues that occur under normal use

If a product develops a defect within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation, at no cost once the claim is approved.


What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or drops
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, chemical exposure)
  • Water damage (for non-waterproof items)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loss or theft
  • Third-party repairs or alterations
  • Damage caused by improper care or storage

Warranty is void if the item has been modified, tampered with, or repaired by an unauthorised party.

Warranty claims apply after the 100-day return period or when the issue is due to a defect.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at hello@ornamentsco.com
  2. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue
  3. Our team will assess the claim
  4. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label (if return is required)
  5. After receiving the item (if required), a replacement will be issued

Warranty claims are assessed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.


Returns Under Warranty

  • The return address will be provided after your warranty claim is approved
  • A prepaid return label will be issued for defective items
  • Items must be returned with all components originally included

Where a replacement or repair is not possible, a refund will be provided.


Proof of Purchase

A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required to validate all warranty claims.


Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country, including but not limited to the Australian Consumer Law (Australia), the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (United Kingdom), and EU consumer protection directives. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes your statutory rights.
